Place the items you wish to return back in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Wait
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
