How do I know which Tiege Hanley system is right for me?
We offer three levels of skin care systems. Level 1 includes the essentials; Level 2 adds an anti-aging eye cream; and Level 3 includes eye cream and an anti-aging serum. We recommend starting with Level 1 if you are new to skin care.
Can I customize my subscription frequency?
Yes, you have full control over your shipments. You can adjust your delivery frequency to every 30, 45, or 60 days, or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
We certainly do. Tiege Hanley ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipping times vary and customers are responsible for any local customs fees or duties.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated to be effective yet gentle for all skin types. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing a small amount of product on your forearm before full facial application.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your skin. If you are not happy with your first box, contact our support team within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How long does it take to see results?
Consistency is key. While your skin will feel cleaner and smoother after the first use, most guys see significant improvements in skin tone and texture after 3 to 4 weeks of daily use.
